Today the company has announced it sold the Sports Flooring Division to ICP Group, a compilation of industry-leading brands that deliver high performance professional products and services for building envelope, cementitious flooring, and sport surface applications. Signature Sports Flooring products that have been acquired by ICP Group include SignaWood™, SignaFlor™, SignaFlex™, SignaDeck™, RubberDeck™ and TempoTile™.

Signature Systems Group will focus its growth and investments on products and services for its core markets of construction, oil & gas, transmission & distribution, specialty events, stadium, and military/humanitarian applications. “Signature’s business in these markets is experiencing very strong growth around the world and we are focused on engineering and manufacturing several new products that offer faster installation times, greater versatility, and a better return on investment,” says Pradeep Saha, President and CEO. The company has an aggressive new product development plan for 2019.
